Can we not submit any more even it is unrated ? or is that we can only submit once the contest ends ?
sad that it went unrated. 
You can submit when they finish fixing the issue. Most probably when snackdown pre elimination begins…
The thread has been re-opened on request (and returning of slow submission in may loc- Submissions taking ~4-5 minutes each). Users are reqested to vent out any grievance related to slow submission here so @admin can view everything in a single thread.

I experienced slow submissions while submitting my solution to a practice problem but the submission executed perfectly after 2 mins or so and everything looks fine now.
The issue seems resolved now. The thread would be left open for future cases. Thanks for co=operation
