You can see from my userpage that I might have set my country correctly, but in the SEPT17 ranklist it’s displayed as ‘country not avaliable’, and maybe because of that I haven’t receive my country-wise laddus.

Was your country correctly set before the beginning of contest? I guess that’s the reason.
As far as I can remember, my country was somehow unset (I think I didn’t edit it before, but it did disappear) before the contest, so I switched it back during the contest
