Why moss applied to these 2 solutions of different language?

Why moss applied to these 2 solutions of different language ?

One is written in c++ https://www.codechef.com/viewsolution/21156480

And other is written in Java https://www.codechef.com/viewsolution/21158970

The language is different then why i have been caught by moss.

I don’t know how moss works but surely it checks similarity between two solutions and both aforementioned solution looks exactly the same regardless of language.
