Why Alibaba cloud is asking for payment when creating RDS instance?

Hi,

I have purchased the RDS instance from Voucher Management. When I try to create an RDS instance it asks me to pay first. In the billing section, it is showing I have purchased RDS at 0.00 and Pay-as-you-go at 0.00$. Can someone please tell how it works.

When you use the voucher, you need to select Mumbai as the region and you’ll find your RDS there, which you use. You don’t have to purchase anything.
