Finally we got a smooth contest. We are excited to know the changes that had been made to make it possible.
One of the visible changes is that lazy loading of the submissions & comments on problem page, would have eased out on server.
I think, since the Comments and Successful Submissions were collapsed, the only thing that remained was the problem statement, and hence the cache servers could easily send these problem pages to our browser
