please suggest me a compiler for c++ in windows 7

I’m using g+±4, it’s gcc version 4.5.3 (GCC) for 64bit Win7, installed with cygwin (not by default, you have to choose, you want to install it).

I used this tutorial - http://www.eecg.utoronto.ca/~aamodt/ece242/cygwin.html

I am using Code::Blocks, and its working smoothly…its I think best for windows 7 and windows 8.
