Can you tell what is the ACM ICPC registration slip? Where do I get it?

I have qualified for the ACM ICPC Kharagpur Regionals but where do I get this slip, that codechef is talking about?

From what I have been told-

ACM-ICPC slip is any receipt or copy
of email, that shows confirmation of
your participation in contest.
