Unable to login with team ID of ACM ICPC.

When I am trying to login with my team ID and go to the Contest page of the online round, I am getting this error
“The username acm17in1073 has not been activated or is blocked.”
Is everyone facing this or its just our team?

Even I’m facing this problem. My team username is acm17in2297. Is every one facing this issue? If not to whom should I mail in order to fix this issue. Help required. Thanks in advance.

May be they are updating the rank-list considering plagiarism and Internal Error.
