For study material I dont know
(this link here suggests you might need to do algorithms for ZIO)
For ZCO INOI IOI refer to CLRS for algorithms and Ivor Horton Beginning VC++ for C++ (for a good start, only use till chapter 10 STL is important)(Yeah VC++ is not supported but this book uses mostly standard header files)
