I know there can be problem with the server and I am not complaining , but I want to give a suggestion , when sometimes submission are being stopped for let say x minutes , then after submission are reopen , time of submission should be time from start - x minutes .
This would not give extra benefits to those who submitted some seconds before the closing of submission and those who could have submitted after some seconds of closing of submission but can`t submit due to closing of submission .
