suggestion for ide for writing c program other than turbo c

i am learning c and using turbo c ide, but turbo c has a lots of bug like letter case fixed, mouse pointer not working … so any suggestion which simialr to turob c but better performance and bug free

dev c++ or codeblocks is a better option…!!

Codeblocks is a better alternative . Download the latest version .
