Small Error Rating update Page

@vijju123 @admin Plz update this page https://www.codechef.com/ratings/all?order=asc&page=248&sortBy=global_rank
Since after division based system. This page shows calculated till cook92B.
Please make it calculated till cook92 A and B.
This page shows gain/loss only for division2. My ratings have changed after cook92a but this page shows zero.
