I submitted same code twice Code1 Code2
Code1 gave TLE on first test case but when i submitted it after some time same code got accepted . What could be the reason?

finally common habit of coders of trying to run same code again and again on getting wrong ans or TLE seems useful 
Many people are currently facing this issue of getting TLE and then AC for same problem… someone else also posted this issue previously on discuss

Yep this is True .This may occur due to slow or weak internet/broadband speed.
Another reason is also there But i don’t know wether its really true is “If U check other window the time when you are submitting the answer”
