Recover corrupted .cs file in Visual Studio 2010

My pc shutdown some how and my code will corrupt, is there any way how to recover.

i know there is not any way to recover but if some one did this please tell me.

try opening the code in notepad and If it is not displaying your code use some free softwares to fix corrupted files
