Why are there different ranks on same score in a long challenge ? On 700 points there are ranks 24,25,62 and similarly for some other scores.Is there any rule unknown to me?

This question has been asked many times. Once go through the discuss before asking any question. Asking redundant question doesn’t make any sense.

If pseudo admin doesn’t know when ratings will update. Then I’m curious how @vichitr is supposed to know this
