I have attended two long challenges and I solved 2-3 problem but at long contest ranking it showing “NA”. What the reason for this.

There seems to be some bug in the codechef rating system that has caused this and a large number of people have complained over the last few. Please write to [email protected] about your case.
Why ratings of june long challenge 2014 has not been updated yet?
