Python 3 NZEC

Hey There,

Problem: [Cops and Thief Devu (COPS)][1]

My Issue: I get a Runtime Error (NZEC) when I submit the program.
Codechef IDE is the only place I am getting this problem. I tried this on [Ideone][2] and PyCharm(Offline). Both the IDEs run the code successfully giving exit code 0. Why am I facing this problem…?
