For those of you who might not have checked their emails or might not kow, PROCON 2013 is being conducted today at 13:00- 15:00 hrs IST on codechef itself so you might want to check this link for PROCON

In mail itā€™s mentioned 13:00 to 15:00 i.e. 1 pm to 3 pm.
Are you sure aput the timing ?

It is an external contest so im not sure if editorials for those problems will be available.
