Can someone define clearly what the problem statement is as it is not mentioned explicitly?

The contest has not started yet. You’ll get to know the exact problem statement once the contest starts. The broader view is, CodeChef is launching it’s API and you have to make something useful for the community using the same and deploy it on the Alibaba Cloud Platform.
