i am not able to use shapely.geometry Library of scipy in codechef Ide what to do?

Dude, I think allowing shapely would reduce a lot of effort.
And because of unavailability of similar packages/headers in other languages, it is not allowed and probably will never be and in my POV it should never be allowed.
