Not able 2 sumbit solution on Topcoder(No option 2 submit solution)

I m practising this question on Topcoder but there is no option 2 submit my solution
Plz tell me where should i go 2 submit my solution for the same problem

Topcoder doesn’t allow the users to submit a solution anonymously.

So you need to first download the Topcoder Arena, which is a JNLP file format(requires JAVA to Run), or you can simply go to the Topcoder Online Arena and find this question.

For your ease I found this question is from 2003 TCO Semifinal Round 4 - Division I, Level One

So find this question from the practise section of the Arena.
