Pls tell me my answer for INOI AND ZCO AS I WANT THAT IF I START USING ANY ONE OS THEN STAY ON THAT SO THAT NOT TO ALWAYS CHANGE MY OS SO CAN I STUDY MY PROGRAMMING IN gnu gcc compilers such as code::blocks under linux for ZCO,ZIO,INOI AND FINALLY IOI
I really want to give a sarcastic answer but i would just say to use proper language. Atleast frame the question in a way so that we can understand what you want to know .

You need not worry about which OS you use but make sure you use the GNU GCC 5.x.x compiler if you plan to use C/C++. You can find it here
