I purchased two MongoDB instances using Vouchers, but none of them are being shown in my console. I have verified the region which is Asia Pacific SOU 1 (Mumbai).
Both of the order are showing as refunded, but my vouchers are being shown as exhausted and I cannot create new ones without payment.
I created a support ticket but not sure when and how it will be replied.
@sumitkumar1209 are you still facing this issue ? You have been provided with new set of vouchers, please confirm.
Yes, the new voucher failed in same way as the previous two vouchers. I still don’t have mongoDB to deploy my code
They fixed the backend issue and issued me a new voucher just for MongoDB.
Try creating a support ticket with alibaba cloud.
