I was suprised that I was not getting mails from discuss.codechef for quite a while so I checked my spam folder and … @admin please see
I have subscribed for CodeChef’s Newsletter but i didn’t received any even i checked my Spam folder.
I don’t think admin can do much about this . email filtering is done by the email provider which is based on content and user reviews for the sender your preferences etc. One thing what I have done and you may do is create a folder for codechef and a create a filter so that all mails move to that folder.
@mathecodician Go to your spam folder. Select all mails from codechef newsletter and click “Not spam”.
And also add that sender to your contact list this will help.

There is no option for account deletion on codechef. The only thing they can do is disable it. They don’t delete it to avoid errors in the db.
