@sarvagya3943 different sites have different selection procedures.
For example, Amritapuri first selects the top team from each college and then proceeds to select from the other teams provided there are not more than 12 teams from one college. https://www.amrita.edu/event/icpc/onsite-round

THERE IS AN ISSUE…few teams are missing from the site ranklists. Team Dashwood from IIT-M finished 156th in the contest and doesnt feature in any site ranklist…what maybe the reason for this.
