ICPC Kolkata dates changed..

As the dates for regional round at Kolkata was 19-20 November, our team filled up for that region.
We have received an email that the dates have been changed to 26-27 December, now do we get a chance to pick another region? As the date changes occurred pretty late by then we had already submitted our DD, and we might not be able to give the regionals at kolkata(if selected) on the new dates.

Any Idea? What should we do now?

I would suggest you to contact organizers of contest for an official answer to avoid any trouble.
