@s1m1_13, users ask their doubts,questions in this forum. Give answer to their doubts if your answer is helpful for them then they will upvote ur answer by which ur karma increase by 15 points and if the user who asked the question accept ur answer (if ur explaination is correct) then ur karma increase by 25 points. @vineetpaliwal,@bugkiller,@betlista,@anton_lunyov,@ritesh_gupta,@bit_cracker007,@kuruma they are Active and excellent contributors of codechef.
