Enable C++ for EQUALMOD ICPC 2017-18

I tried to upsolve this problem from last year’s ICPC and found that it didn’t have c++ enabled to submit.
Please enable it as C++ was allowed even during the contest.

This issue has been raised before: link. No action taken yet, unfortunately.

Yeah I also thought I had seen it somewhere but couldn’t find it.
So I posted a new question.
