If My division number changes during an ongoing Contest(specifically Long challenge) by participating in other rated contest held during the time interval; So in which Division will I be considered when participating in the Long Challenge?
Your rating will only be updated after the current challenge ends, it won’t be updated in between even if you have participated in a rated contest in between the current challenge. So, your division will remain same until the challenge ends.

nvm,I got it. I believe my rating might change after participating in a rated contest but my previous rating will be considered when evaluating my performance for long challenge.
