This contest had initially 5 problems. Now it is showing as 10. Is this how contest works in it works.
When submited answers for Factorial and Mathematics Genius it was showing as Accepted.
Nowing it is showing as Wrong Answer.
Something wrong with the application as whole or this how codeChef works.

Codechef has nothing to do with the external contests! It is just providing the platform to colleges to host their own contests.
Now regarding the codeERA, they have updated the test cases for some problems and added 5 new problems just few hours ago. When the test cases for a problem are updated then the submitted solutions are rejudged. This why your previous solutions are now showing WA.
This shouldn’t be happening in the middle of the contest.
