They claim that top 20 performers in Long challenges would get Codechef goodies.
They ask for the address way too late.
After that, you have to constantly ping them asking about the status of goodies.
Then you have to call them to ask why they don’t reply to you.
Then you will again mail them showing how much disappointed you are.
Still they won’t reply.
And finally you decide to raise a question so that their behavior comes to public notice.

Hey Rachit, We regret the inconvenience caused. We checked, and found that all your emails have been properly replied. The latest being on 18th of August, 2015 informing you that your winning has been dispatched. If there is any other email that we have missed, you can let us know and we will look into the issue. We follow a goodie shipment process described here, you can go through it to understand how our goodie system works. As for the pinging part, you can tell us with whom you have been in touch and we will look into the issue. If you have any further concerns, feel free to write to us.

Just saw your mail. I am sorry for being so rude, but I was way too disappointed. As a suggestion, a prompt reply from your side can reduce the disappointment greatly. Cheers
