Chennai cyclones have headed lately today, Just wanted to enquire is it like the Regionals Acm-Icpc ,Hindustan uni.,Chennai
can be shifted in any case to any other dates in such tough circumstances?
Though I heard that cyclone is also going to strike Andhra Pradesh in coming few days.

Chennai regionals were shifted to January last year at a short notice due to massive floods. However, this was met with a lot of criticism from Asia director ( http://codeforces.com/blog/entry/22255 ), and Chennai almost lost a WF slot. So I do not think regionals will ever be shifted like this again, unless entirely unavoidable.
