Why there is no northern site for on-site round of this years ACM ICPC contest… ???
Neither Gwalior nor Kanpur or any other site is present for the challenge…
It would be very difficult for students of northern India to reach to the southern India and that to the extreme end of India, while they have their semester exams lined up very soon after the onsite round of ACM ICPC…
