I found people who have solved only one and same problem in COOK37(checked the penalties also),but their ranks differ.How is this possible?
In a cook off, even if you solve the same number of problems, the rankings table also takes the time taken into consideration. SO, someone who solves the problems in lesser amount of time will have a higher rank, and will enjoy a higher increase in ratings.
