as @sonu_628 mentioned, there is some issue with the test case 4 of problem 2. I just now solved it with buffredreader but scanner was failing to do so. so apparently the tokens were incorrect in the problem.

No need to stop hosting contests. It was a human error. You are right that one person is not enough. You may ask 3-4 people (who will not participate in the contest) to write solutions which you can test on the judge before the contest.

No need to regret too much. It was a human error. Even contests on Codeforces gets canceled (unrated) sometimes due to human error.

Sorry dear. For external contests its best to get in contact with organiser to resolve queries quickly. I see its addressed. Anywhere else I can help?
